Ingredients
- cabbage

Method of Preparation:
- Mix grated cabbage (2 cups) and carrots (2 cups), half boil and squeeze the water from them.
- In a bowl take the squeezed cabbage and carrots, add corn starch, few chopped green chillies and salt (1sp) mix them well.
- Make small balls (like koftas) of the mixture.
- Heat oil (250ml) in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown, drain and keep aside.
- Now in a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, Saute chopped garlic (1sp), green chilies (1sp) and spring onions (2sp).
- Add water (1/4cup), salt (to taste), pepper powder (to taste), ajinomoto (1/4sp), sugar (pinch), tomato ketchup (4sp) and soya sauce (2sp). Bring it to a boil.
- Take corn four (2sp) in a bowl add water (1/2cup) and stir it. Gently add the fried balls to the gravy.
- Cook the vegetable manchurian for 3-4 minutes and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
