What Happens if you Drink Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey on an Empty Stomach in the Morning


Both apple cider vinegar and honey are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to health and beauty, and each has been used for years for treating and preventing a large number of health problems. But when the two are combined, they make a very powerful combination for keeping your body maximally healthy.

Caution:  Too much apple cider vinegar is not good for your body. Over-consumption might lead to lower bone density and potassium concentration. Furthermore, it could interfere with medication for diabetes and heart conditions, so if you are not sure whether you should be using it on a long term basis – consult your doctor first.
