Steps to prepare Spicy Mutton Red Chilli Lambs




Ingredients
  • red chilies

  • vinegar 
  • mutton 
  • red chilly 
  • egg 
  • salt 
  • ajinamoto 
  • oil
  • garlic
  • onion 
  • tomato sauce
  • salt
  • soya sauce
  • coriander leaves
Method of Preparation:
  1. Boil the red chilies (50g) in water (50ml), vinegar (1sp) and grind it to make paste.
  2. In a bowl take mutton (250g), red chilly paste (30g), egg (1), salt (to taste), and ajinamoto (pinch), corn flour (1sp) mix uniformly and deep fry this in oil (200ml).
  3. In pan heat oil (2sp), add chopped garlic (2sp) and ginger, chopped onion (1/2cup), tomato sauce (2sp), soya sauce (2sp) and water (1/4cup).
  4. Add salt (to taste), ajinamoto (pinch), and corn flour slurry (4sp).
  5. Finally add fried mutton fry until all the moisture evaporates and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
