- Boil the red chilies (50g) in water (50ml), vinegar (1sp) and grind it to make paste.
- In a bowl take mutton (250g), red chilly paste (30g), egg (1), salt (to taste), and ajinamoto (pinch), corn flour (1sp) mix uniformly and deep fry this in oil (200ml).
- In pan heat oil (2sp), add chopped garlic (2sp) and ginger, chopped onion (1/2cup), tomato sauce (2sp), soya sauce (2sp) and water (1/4cup).
- Add salt (to taste), ajinamoto (pinch), and corn flour slurry (4sp).
- Finally add fried mutton fry until all the moisture evaporates and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
