Ingredients for Dressing:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Minced
- ¼ teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Chives
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
For salad:
- 3 cups Assorted Salad Greens
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- ¼ whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Grilled And Sliced
- ½ cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
Preparation
- Add all of the dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined. Or you can add the ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid (like a Ball canning jar) and shake vigorously until the dressing comes together.
- Assemble your vegetables on 2 plates, top with the grilled chicken and the crumbled cheese and pour the dressing over it.
