Ingredients
- 1-½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1-½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- ½ teaspoons Cayenne Powder (you Can Add More If You Wish)
- 4 Salmon Fillets Or Salmon Steaks
- Olive Oil Or Non-stick Spray, For Your Pan
Preparation
- Combine all of the seasonings in a bowl and mix well. Place the salmon fillets (or steaks) in a large seal-able freezer bag. Add the seasoning to the bag and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 F, or preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- If baking, brush an oven safe pan with some olive oil or a non-stick spray. Place the salmon into the pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
- If grilling, place the salmon on the hot grill and grill for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side; 6-8 minutes for salmon steaks. When done, the salmon should be light in color and flake easily through the thickest part.
