Ingredients:
- Bread
- Milk
- Worcestershire sauce
- Mutton Mince
- onions
- coriander leaves
- chopped green chill
- turmeric powder
- garam masala Powder
- salt
- oil
- Ginger paste
Method of Preparation:
- In a bowl take 1 slice stale bread, milk (1/2cup), and tomato ketchup (1sp), Worcestershire sauce (1sp), fine Mutton Mince (250g), ginger-garlic paste (1sp), crushed browned onions (1sp), coriander leaves (1sp), chopped green chilly (1sp), turmeric powder (1/4sp), garam masala Powder (1/2sp), salt to taste. Mix all of them well using oil (1 tbsp). Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Take small amount of mixture in to hand and shape the mixture into round thick cutlets and smear oil on both sides of each cutlet.
- Take pan heat oil (5sp); fry the cutlets on both sides or else can deep fry them.
- Serve hot with potato chips and tomato sauce.
