Steps to prepare spicy Mutton Cutlets




Ingredients:
  • Bread
  • Milk
  • Worcestershire sauce
  •  Mutton Mince
  • onions 
  • coriander leaves
  • chopped green chill
  • turmeric powder
  • garam masala Powder 
  • salt
  • oil
  • Ginger paste
Method of Preparation:
  1. In a bowl take 1 slice stale bread, milk (1/2cup), and tomato ketchup (1sp), Worcestershire sauce (1sp), fine Mutton Mince (250g), ginger-garlic paste (1sp), crushed browned onions (1sp), coriander leaves (1sp), chopped green chilly (1sp), turmeric powder (1/4sp), garam masala Powder (1/2sp), salt to taste. Mix all of them well using oil (1 tbsp). Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Take small amount of mixture in to hand and shape the mixture into round thick cutlets and smear oil on both sides of each cutlet.
  3. Take pan heat oil (5sp); fry the cutlets on both sides or else can deep fry them.
  4. Serve hot with potato chips and tomato sauce.
