How to lose weight without Gym



  • Running is a great way to burn off calories. Some professionals consider running the best way to burn calories. It has also been said that running can help fight aging and disease.
  • Another exercise that can done at home are squats. Squatting gives you a great lower body workout.
  • Weight lifting can also be done at home, by using can goods. I'm sure everybody has a few can goods in their cabinets, even if they are old.
  • And a oldie but goodie is walking around your neighborhood. 
  • Walking  is a great stress reliever too.
This is definitely not an extensive list of exercise to do at home. But it will definitely get you started. So you see you don't have to go the gym to lose weight.
