Steps to prepare spicy Chicken Fried Rice


Ingredients
  • Basmati rice (can use any rice)
  • oil
  • Eggs
  • cabbage
  • carrot
  • Soya chilli and Tomato sauce
  • Chilli powder
  • salt
Method of Preparation:
  1. Boil basmati rice (4 cups).
  2. Heat olive oil (2 sp) and sesame oil in a pan; fry beaten eggs (3) and then boiled beans (1 cup), grated cabbage (1cup) and carrot pieces (1 cup).
  3. Once the veggies are nice and golden, add sliced fried chicken. Fry until it golden brown.
  4. To this add soya sauce (1sp), tomato sauce (1sp) and chilly sauce (1sp) mix well and finally add the cooked rice, salt (1sp) and red chilly powder (2sp). Stir well.
  5. Serve it hot
