Ingredients
- Basmati rice (can use any rice)
- oil
- Eggs
- cabbage
- carrot
- Soya chilli and Tomato sauce
- Chilli powder
- salt
Method of Preparation:
- Boil basmati rice (4 cups).
- Heat olive oil (2 sp) and sesame oil in a pan; fry beaten eggs (3) and then boiled beans (1 cup), grated cabbage (1cup) and carrot pieces (1 cup).
- Once the veggies are nice and golden, add sliced fried chicken. Fry until it golden brown.
- To this add soya sauce (1sp), tomato sauce (1sp) and chilly sauce (1sp) mix well and finally add the cooked rice, salt (1sp) and red chilly powder (2sp). Stir well.
- Serve it hot
