Ingredients:
- chicken
- yogurt
- crushed cloves
- ginger-garlic paste
- Red chilli powder
- coriander powder
- red food color
- salt
- oil
- Onions
- Tomato's
Method of Preparation:
- Cut the chicken (250 g) into 1 inch cube pieces
- Take the yogurt (1/4 cup), crushed cloves and ginger-garlic paste (1sp), red chili powder (2 sp), coriander powder (1/2 sp), red food color and salt (1sp) and combine them in the bowl and keep aside.
- Now add the mixture to the chicken. Mix it well, cover and chill it for 4-5hr.
- Heat broiler and put chicken in the skewers or in the broiler and grill it for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally so that chicken is cooked properly.
- Now garnish the chicken with rings of onions (thinly sliced into rings), tomatoes and coriander leaves.
