Ingredients
- chicken
- jeera
- mustard seeds
- onions
- turmeric
- curry leaves
- ginger-garlic paste
- salt
- Chilli powder
- Garam Masala
Method of Preparation:
- Clean the chicken and cut it into small size.
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera and mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onions, turmeric, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.
- Now add chicken pieces in it and fry them by stirring until they turn lightly brown in color for 5min.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10mins add chilli powder, salt.
- Add water (as required) and garam masala and spices powder cook for 10min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
