Ingredients:
- chicken
- ginger garlic paste
- turmeric
- chilli powder
- salt
- oil
- onion
- capsicum
- tomatoes
- garam masala powder
Method of Preparation:
- Take medium sized chicken (500g) pieces into a bowl; add ginger garlic paste (2sp), turmeric (1/2sp) then add chilli powder (2sp), coriander powder (1/2sp), green chilly (2sp), and salt (1sp). Marinate this for 30 min.
- Heat oil (2sp) in a pan; add onion shells (1/2 cup) fry for 1min and add the ginger garlic paste (1sp), mint leaves fry for 2min and add capsicum shells (1/2cup) finely chopped tomatoes (1/2cup) and coriander leaves (2sp). Cock this for 5min on low flame.
- To this now add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook for 5 min on high flame with continuous stirring.
- Add the freshly prepared garam masala powder (1sp) to the chicken and add small quantity of water and simmer till chicken is tender. Add oil (2sp) over the tender chicken and stir fry until each pieces looks separate.
- Take the chilly chicken into a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves, onions slices, tomato slices, capsicum slices. Serve hot.
